Please take the time to download the app "Calorie Counter" by FatSecret. It has a picture of a green key hole with a green circle around it. Play around with it and get familiar with how to use it! Once you receive your meal plan via E-mail, go into the app and follow these few steps:
Click on "Reports"
Click on the "Bullseye" in the upper right hand corner of the screen
Enter your amount of daily calories that you will find on the bottom of your meal plan excel sheet
Go down to the macronutrient goals. Click on "Use Grams" to change the precentages in the grey boxes to grams. Enter your grams for your daily macros that you will find on the bottom of you meal plan excel sheet.
Click "Save" in the upper right hand corner.
Please also download the app Gymboss. This has a picture of a clock that looks like 0:01 in grey and green. You are going to use this timer for the Wednesday Cardio HIT Day workouts. Follow these few steps:
Click on the "HIIT" option
Set the countdown for 10 seconds (this is the first interval you see, it should be yellow)
Click on the second interval you see and change it to 45 seconds, change the color of this to GREEN.
Click on the third interval you see and change the seconds to 15 seconds, change the color of this to RED.
Click on the big box at the bottom that is labeled "Rounds" and change that to 5.
Save this timer as "Cardio HIT" and then click on it every time you do Cardio HIT.
Make sure the volume to your media is turned all the way up so you can hear the beeps to indicate a new interval is starting.
