I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong, fit and healthy body and mindset. My goal is to be able to help you achieve your fitness goals and to help you maintain a healthy relationship with exercising and nutrition. Here at Wild Fitness, I offer 6 and 12 week AT HOME exercise and nutrition programs designed for women to jumpstart a healthy lifestyle change. Each program includes a customized meal plan that will be tailored to your dietary preferences. Keep a look out for my seasonal pop up 6 week challenges that will hold you to your upmost accountability to get you summer ready or to keep you on track in the cold winter months.
Maybe you are someone who needs one to one direct accountability? No problem, I also offer a 3 month and 6 month 1:1 direct online coaching program. This program has customized workouts to fit your schedule, body and goals as well as customized meal plans.
