Join this 8 week fitness challenge that includes a customized meal plan tailored to your personal food preferences to battle for the top 3 best overall transformations for a chance to win CASH prizes for all 3 spots! No gym required, this challenge is done from the comfort of your own home! All you need is a few sets of dumbbells, resistance bands and your motivation and goals! NEW EXERCISES AND NEW WEEKLY ROUTINES! This new and improved challenge is not like the previous challenges! We are introducing Wild Card days, new material and whole lotta fun in store! What's included: - Cash prizes for top 3 best overall body transformations - *Winners must agree to photos being advertised on social media with faces blurred out. - Customized meal plan counting calories and macronutrients - Instructional videos for every exercise with written descriptions for AT HOME workouts - Access to the Fit by Wix app for easy access to daily workouts - Access to the private Wild Fitness Facebook group where there is endless support from over 250 women who have previously done and are currently doing the same challenge! What is NOT included but REQUIRED: - Dumbbells - weight is up to your discretion and tolerance - Resistance bands - can be purchased through the Wild Fitness store or Amazon - be sure to have long loop and small loop bands with handles and ankle straps - Food scale What is not required but OPTIONAL: - Yoga mat - Weight bench Challenge and resistance band purchases are non-refundable. Always consult with your physician prior to starting diet and exercise. *If you are a top 3 challenge winner, you must allow your transformation to be posted on social media with your face and major tattoos blurred out. If you do not allow this, the next runner up will take your place in the top 3 winner circle.
